vinpk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1 Age Requirement. The vinpk Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. vinpk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any remaining balance returned to the original deposit source.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. 2.3 One Account Per Household. Only one account is permitted per individual person, household address, IP address, device, and payment method. 2.4 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide truthful, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without return of funds where fraud is suspected.
2.5 KYC Verification. vinpk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any point — and in all cases before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. vinpk will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified vinpk of unauthorised access.
3.2 Notification of Compromise. If you suspect your vinpk account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify vinpk immediately at [email protected]. vinpk will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.
3.3 No Account Transfer. Your vinpk account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make your account available to any third party. Allowing another person to use your account — whether for a fee or otherwise — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your vinpk account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Pending balance withdrawals will be processed in accordance with Section 4 below, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. vinpk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). vinpk does not charge a deposit or withdrawal fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on vinpk is Rs 300. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment source.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. vinpk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Deposit of Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that you own outright and that originate from legitimate, lawful sources. vinpk does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit that appears to originate from a third party will be returned, and the account may be flagged for investigation.
vinpk performs routine anti-money laundering checks on all transactions. This is a legal requirement of our international gaming licence and is designed to protect all players on the platform.
4.5 Refused Transactions. vinpk reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other irregular activity. vinpk will not be liable for any losses arising from a refused or delayed transaction in such circumstances.
5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers made available on vinpk are subject to individual terms that specify eligibility criteria, minimum deposit thresholds, applicable games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry timeframes. These individual terms form part of this Agreement and are binding upon acceptance of any offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
5.3 Maximum Bonus Bet. While a bonus is active in your account, a maximum bet limit applies to all games unless the applicable promotion explicitly states otherwise. Placing bets above the maximum bonus bet limit may result in voiding of the bonus and forfeiture of associated winnings at vinpk's sole discretion.
5.4 One Bonus Per Player. Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses is a material breach of these Terms and constitutes bonus abuse.
5.5 Abuse and Fraud. vinpk reserves the right to void bonuses, reclaim bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected — including but not limited to: systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of automated betting software, collusion between accounts, and exploitation of software errors or miscalculated odds.
5.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. vinpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered under the terms at the time of acceptance.
6.1 Game Fairness. All casino games available on vinpk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited and certified for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the true, certified figures for each game. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels) operated by trained dealers.
6.2 Sportsbook. Sports betting markets on vinpk are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and competition. vinpk reserves the right to void bets where: an event is cancelled or suspended; odds were published in error; match-fixing or corruption is suspected; or any other exceptional circumstance makes settlement impossible or unreliable. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance.
6.3 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only confirmed and binding once you receive an explicit confirmation message from vinpk. Bets displayed as "pending" are not yet confirmed. vinpk reserves the right to decline or void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the platform has not yet updated the market status.
6.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game or platform malfunction, vinpk reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and return stakes. vinpk is not liable for any losses claimed to arise from a malfunction and is not obligated to honour payouts generated during a demonstrable system error.
6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. All games and betting markets on vinpk carry minimum and maximum stake limits which are displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits may change at any time and may differ between player accounts based on individual account history and risk profile.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vinpk. Detection of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the vinpk Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the property of vinpk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited Licence. vinpk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; scrape data from the Platform; or use any vinpk trademark in connection with any product or service not operated by vinpk.
8.3 Third-Party Content. Games and content provided by third-party game studios remain the intellectual property of those studios. Your use of such games is additionally governed by the relevant studio's end-user licence terms.

Your data is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, personalisation of gaming experience, and customer support. vinpk does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
vinpk implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits — to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
10.1 Platform Availability. vinpk does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server outages, or third-party network failures may cause temporary unavailability. vinpk is not liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime.
10.2 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vinpk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to vinpk in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. vinpk expressly excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress.
10.4 Your Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. vinpk is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur. You are solely responsible for all betting and gaming decisions made through your account.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vinpk holds its international gaming licence.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the first instance, any dispute between you and vinpk should be submitted to our customer support team at [email protected]. vinpk will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. We ask that you include your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
13.3 Formal Dispute. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally within 14 days, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by vinpk's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available on request from our support team.
13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and vinpk with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
